We offer free shipping on all orders over €85 within the Netherlands and Belgium.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated based on the selected method and location.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a Track & Trace code to follow your package.
Return Policy
We accept returns that meet the following criteria and offer either a refund or store credit. All products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Returns
Not happy with your purchase? You can return it for a full refund.
We only accept undamaged, unaltered, unwashed, and unused products, returned in their original packaging. Labels and tags must remain intact.
Underwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Exchanges & Refunds
We offer an exchange or refund for defective items.
Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition, with the return form fully completed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds or exchanges are only issued for returns made within 30 days of receipt.
If an item is returned as faulty but shows damage unrelated to a manufacturing defect (e.g., wear and tear, misuse), it will not be accepted.
Refund processing time: approximately 20 business days after we receive and approve the return.

Standard Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original order (except gift cards — in that case, a new gift card will be issued).
Shipping charges and shipping-related taxes are non-refundable.
Faulty Items
We accept returns for faulty products covered under our warranty policy.
This depends on the product category and cause of failure.
We do not accept refunds if the product was damaged due to misuse or wear beyond normal use.

Damaged Goods During Shipment
Check your order immediately upon delivery.
Shipping is processed as soon as your order is placed on dapro-safety.com.
If your item(s) arrive damaged:

Include an image and description of the damage
We’ll issue a refund for the damaged items, and you can reorder directly.
