You can complete your Dapro purchase using various payment methods, including iDEAL, credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. When will my order be shipped?

Online orders placed before 15:00 (CET) are shipped the same day.

How do I report a faulty item or damage during shipping?

We're sorry to hear something went wrong with your order. If you’ve received a faulty item or your package was damaged during shipping, please send us an email at online@yoursafety.com. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and some clear photos so we can help you as quickly as possible. We’ll sort it out for you.

Is it possible to exchange my product?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange products with us. However, you can return the item and place a new order.

Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Tags must be attached. Read more about our return policy.

Do you have a physical store?

No, the address on our website is the address of our office. We do not have any products in stock here. If you’d like to try on an item, we recommend ordering it online and returning it if needed.
