The OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 is an independent test and certification system for textile raw, intermediate and end products at all stages of processing. The test for harmful substances covers: Legally banned and controlled substances; Chemicals known to be harmful (but not yet legally controlled); Parameters for health protection. The more closely the product is in contact with the skin, the stricter the human ecology requirements are that it must meet.

With our exceeding parameters on breathability for higher comfort and durability Dapro is leading with returning happy customers all over the world.

A special Guardian® flame-retardant, breathable and waterproof membrane is attached to a Guardian® Polyester Outer Shell. A seperate flame-retardant lining ensures a comfortable soft touch and warmth. It is possible to combine this construction with SubZero® insulation, which keeps the body dry and warm in even the most extreme conditions.

Guardian® anti-static fiber is a multi-filament bi-component yarn. Each filament has a unique conductioning core surrounded by a sheat of fibers. It has been designed to provide optimal anti-static protection in grounded and ungrouded environments according to end-use specifications. Most of our competitors supply anti-static garments which only comply to EN 1149-5. Dapro garments are certified and compliant to EN 1149-5 and to the most stringent anti-static standard called ‘The Gasprobe Test’. This standard tests the garment in both ungrounded situations and real-world scenarios, such as standing in oil or being suspended by a fall arrest system.

Each Dapro product must pass stringent quality and safety tests. Unlike most competitors who only test their products with a Notified Body for international certification, all Dapro products are officially certified by Notified Bodies and often exceed these standards. Our factories utilize,in addition to international certification testing, in-house laboratories where all materials and final products are continuously tested, to guarantee that every product meets both international and Dapro standards. Every Dapro product has a unique tracking code
With this code we can see exactly which batch of materials was used and which employees were involved in the production of the product. This ensures accountability in our whole production process.

EN ISO 11612 is the international standard for industrial flame-retardant garments. EN ISO 11612 offers an optional test known as the ‘Manikin Test’. This test involves exposing a manikin wearing our garment to a minimum 3-second flash fire. The test results predict the extent of skin burns
for our product.

Dapro supplies the best flame-retardant garments in the world. That is why we do the ‘Manikin Test’ at 4 seconds and still achieve industry leading results.
